I am sorry. I failed as your general, your friend, your sister. I hoped I had more time, but that was not the case. Time was plenty…but I did nothing to capitalize on that.

You deserved a better fate than to be controlled by that chip in your head. If only you were as lucky as Omen and Peter. I do not think I will ever get the chance again…but if I do, I will not fail you again. I will not fail any of you again.
